A City, A Spark
It started the way the best stories do — quietly, unexpectedly, and with a little help from the people who love you most. Brought together through family friends, Yagnika and Rohan first laid eyes on each other in San Francisco. The city hummed around them, but for a moment, everything else fell away.
Big Sur Calls
Their first trip together was Big Sur — rugged cliffs, crashing waves, and a road that winds endlessly along the California coast. They pulled over at a clifftop overlook, parked the car, and climbed up onto the roof. No restaurant, no reservations — just the two of them, an intimate card game, and a trunk spread of cheese and wine as the Pacific stretched endlessly below. Somewhere between the laughter and the long silences, between a lucky hand of cards and the last sip of wine, they knew. This was the beginning of something that would last a lifetime.
Lake Como, Italy — May 2026
Italy had always held a special place in their hearts — their most loved country, a place that felt like it was made for them. So it was only fitting that Rohan chose it for the most important question of his life. Italy had always felt like it was made for them — and Rohan was about to make it unforgettable. Picture this: a sleek wooden speedboat cutting through the glassy waters of Lake Como, the kind of boat that only exists in James Bond films — or in dreams. He had the look, he had the plan, and frankly, he had the location. As the legendary Villa del Balbianello rose from the clifftops behind them — the same villa where 007 himself once made his escape — Rohan ditched the getaway plan and instead got down on one knee. Less Casino Royale, more love story for the ages. Yagnika said yes before he could finish the sentence. Shaken, stirred, and completely in love. 💍🇮🇹

And so, with the same Pacific Ocean as their witness — the one that watched them fall in love — they choose to begin their forever. From a rooftop in Big Sur to a boat on Lake Como, every road, every adventure, every late night and early morning led here. Surrounded by the people who mean the most, at the edge of the California coastline, Yagnika and Rohan say yes — again, and always. 🌊
